# FlipKeep

FlipKeep is a private, local-first resale inventory and profit tracker for independent resellers on iPhone and iPad. It is designed to keep the story of a flip together from the first purchase through inventory, sale, return, and realized profit.

## What FlipKeep does

FlipKeep connects each purchase, item, and sale so resellers can understand both current inventory and completed results without rebuilding the numbers by hand.

- Deals record the source, items, currency, purchase cost, discounts, shipping, customs, rewards, credits, and return history.
- Inventory shows what is In Stock, Listed, Sold, Returned, or Removed, with the item cost and linked history attached.
- Sales record payout, marketplace fees, seller shipping, packaging, refunds, and return costs without erasing the original sale.
- Overview brings revenue, items sold, cash invested, inventory, store credit, profit trend, and recent sales into one period-based view.
- Exports are available as summary, sales, inventory, or credit CSVs, a report PDF, or an encrypted backup.

## How realized profit is calculated

For the period selected in FlipKeep, realized profit starts with revenue from completed sales. It subtracts the share of the original item cost, selling costs such as fees, shipping, and packaging, and refunds or return costs. It adds rewards and credits that count toward the result. The underlying amount stays connected to the Deal, Item, Sale, reward, or return that produced it.

## Privacy and data handling

FlipKeep does not require an account and does not include advertising, tracking SDKs, or marketplace account connections. App records stay on the user’s Apple devices by default. Users can turn on optional iCloud continuity or create a CSV, PDF, or encrypted backup when they need to move or share records.

The website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver a page. The support form receives the name, email address, topic, and message submitted by the user so FlipKeep can reply to the request.

- The full app can be tried for 30 days.
- After the trial, FlipKeep can be unlocked once. There is no subscription.
